Asking a GM a question.

This makes our jobs easier.

1. General note.

There are 2 kinds of GMs in EpicsStory.

Volunteer GMs and just GMs.

Volunteer GMs have no database access, therefore no information based on complex server questions.

GM's, like Admins, have database access, therefore have information regarding to everything in the server.

2. Your question.

Your question should be short, specific and summarized for a lesser chance to be utterly ignored.

Your question should be a question you can not get an answer by the general public.

Spamming and giving un-related, or detailed information will make it harder to understand you.

3. Types of questions.

Begging for items, sounding like you deserve it more than anybody else is not a question. Begging is Noob-ish, too.

Begging for Power/positions will not work. We will not accept you. Make an Application if you want a Staff-Position.

A report of a hacker should be reported to GMs.

Reporting a scammer will do nothing, because mesos are easily obtainable in EpicsStory, making things more easy to get.

A report or a question about the progress or state of server should be consulted with the GMs.

4. A top-tier procedure of how to ask a proper question.

- Think about your question.
- Spend 5-10 minutes trying to find answers on the forum, (Search button is your best friend.)
- If answer not found, consult general public.
- If fails, consult a GM recommended for that specific topic. (Server-sided problem = GMs.)
- When sending your question, it should be preferably done in Private Messaging on the forum.
- Question should be no more of 2 sentences, short and straight to the point, please.

That way, we will help you instead of just utterly ignoring you.
